- Abstracts submitted to the congress system are sent to at least two reviewers.
- The final decision on the acceptance of an abstract is made after considering the majority opinion of the reviewers.
- The names of the author(s) and reviewers are mutually confidential.
- A maximum of two abstracts can be presented with one registration fee.
- Registration fees are paid as donations, and proceeds from the congress will be provided as scholarships for earthquake victims.

* Researchers who fail to pay the registration fee will not be able to participate in the congress, even if their abstracts are accepted.

Refunds:

A refund will be provided for cancellations made by October 29, 2025; no refunds will be issued after this date.

Participants who pay the registration fee but do not attend the congress or who do not cancel their participation by the specified date cannot claim any rights.
