GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONS

 

Oral Presentation Guidelines

Abstract Submission

 Abstracts must be submitted via the designated abstract submission system.
Length : Abstracts should be between **200 and 500 words**.
Language:: Must be written in **both Turkish and English**.
Abbreviations:: If used, the full form should be provided in parentheses upon first mention.
Content Requirements: Abstracts should clearly present the 'objectives'.  'methods', , 'findings', results' , conclusions andrRecommendationsof the study.. Do not use subheadings.

Keywords:  Include **2 to 4 keywords** relevant to the study.
Authorship Limit: Each participant may be listed as an author on 'up to 3 papers'. For single-authored papers, the limit is **2**.
Presentation Duration: Each oral presentation is limited to  '' minutes**.
Presentation Language: Presentations may be delivered in **Turkish or English**.

 

Poster Presentation Guidelines

Language:  Posters may be prepared in Turkish or English.
Template:  Use the official poster presentation template available on the symposium website.
Content Structure:
  - Introduction
  - Research Purpose
  - Findings
  - Conclusions and Recommendations
  - Bibliography
-  Design Specifications
  - Font: Times New Roman
  - Line Spacing: 1.5
  - Text, tables, and visuals must be readable from 2 meters away.
- Size: Posters must be sized **70 x 90 cm.
- Printing:  Poster owners are responsible for printing their own posters.
- Presentation Details:  Date, venue, and session information will be announced on the congress website
- Display Duration:  Posters will be on display throughout the congress.
- Presenter Attendance: Poster owners must be present during the poster session to discuss their work.
- Mounting Materials:  Provided by symposium staff. The organizing committee is not responsible for any damage during mounting or removal.
- Removal:  Posters must be taken down by their owners after the designated time.
